All items should be returned new and unused, with the tag intact and with the original packaging.

Once our quality control team has approved the returned items, your refund will be credited directly back to the original form of payment used.
Please note that refunds can take up to 14 working days to be processed.

Our affiliate courier will assist you for the return of the product. If you decide to use another way for the return, please take note of the following conditions in order your return can be accepted:

Please wait to receive all required returns information before sending any return packages. We will not accept unauthorized packages.

- Please make sure that all expenses (shipping cost, tax and customs clearance fees) must be paid by you . Otherwise the package could be rejected. You may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs office directly.

- Add to the package all the documentation needed for customs clearances (as commercial invoices).

- All items should be returned new and unused, with the tag intact and with the original packaging ( box & courier box) within 10 days from the day after we authorize the return.
